TV Show Seasons Finished:
1) Justified [Season 6] – 9/10
I was disappointed with the final Hunger Games too. And what a lousy ending.
Honestly I found the whole series to be underwhelming. The ending was definitely a kick in the pants though.
I was ok with the first one, really liked the second, was hesitant on fourth and “Drat. I paid £14 for this! on the last one. The ending is almost as bad as Matrix 3.
Nice round-up Eric. Justified is the only TV drama I can think of that pulled off a perfect ending without killing any of its main characters. And who doesn’t like Kitten Mittens?
Haha nothing but love for Kitten Mittens! And agreed on Justified — I thought the ending was very satisfying.
Master of None’s up next after finishing Narcos. Netflix is pushing out some great TV shows.
Glad to see you enjoyed Justified too! Think next year I’ll have to get around to a Justified rewatch.
Yeah, it’s crazy how much good stuff Netflix is doing these days. We just finished Daredevil and Jessica Jones, the latter of which is definitely on my short-list of favorite shows from this year. Hope you enjoy Master of None!
I agree Tarantino’s films hold up to rewatching. When you have the time, you should check out Alex’s site And So it Begins, he’s doing a month of retrospective in anticipation of Hateful Eight.
Yeah, I’ve been loving Alex’s series! It’s a big reason why I decided to revisit Tarantino’s filmography. Just rewatched Jackie Brown last night and ended up liking it even more the second time around. Can’t wait for The Hateful Eight.
